With this addition/remodel, we created a minimal but impactful design with modern elements that make an aesthetically pleasing environment. We also updated the finishes to a neutral color palette, creating an updated look.

We completed a 1600-square-foot addition/remodel. We elevated the 1988 original home with modern features, including a primary suite, a remodeled foyer, a laundry room, a mudroom, and a renovated powder room.

Black Lake House

The new construction is an entertainers paradise. The southern exposure lakefront property is a modern transitional design with a timeless appeal and distinctive characteristics making the property functional and harmonious.

Classic Hozier

A family of six, including their two beloved dogs, moved from the city to the burbs. This family wanted a cozy and inviting area that could accommodate their growing family's needs—a casual and transitional aesthetic. We opted for all heavy-use materials to give the clients exactly what they wanted.

The guest bathroom needed a major update. The clients wanted a serene oasis for guests. We came up with a clean, organic, and timeless look. From the curved edges of the custom rift cut white oak vanity with a beautiful soft sand stain, brass finishes, whimsical leaf pattern dolomite accent tile surrounded by a subtle textured subway tile, and a beautiful Carrara used for the shower floor.

Old Head of Kinsale

We updated this home office with beautiful custom cabinetry using a black stain, chrome grill, and chrome cabinet hardware to work with the chrome semi-mount lighting fixture. We updated the wall sconces with a modern and tailored fixture with a professional and meaningful photograph of the Old Head of Kinsale golf course. We used modern transitional furnishings paired with beautiful pinch pleat draperies and new walnut French doors for soundproofing.

Introducing #DuoBasilio, a family room furnishing project tailored for a family of four plus two furry companions. Balancing casual comfort with formal elegance, we selected heavy-use materials to withstand this household's active lifestyle.

Cress Creek

We selected materials that represent both casual elegance and tailored sophistication. The mixture of color, shapes, and patterns creates a harmonious space with modern features. Lighting also played a massive role in this Kitchen. Not only does it provide function and form, but it also creates interest that offers a mixture of materials and finishes. 

Modern Retreat Master Bathroom

We designed this bathroom with a modern retreat in mind. We moved the original plumbing to accommodate this elegant tub. We put the tub on an angel to make a statement upon entry. The theme was black and white, which is classic, modern, and tailored all at the same time. We mixed both Matte black and brass finishes. You will find a mixture of both finishes on the contemporary chandelier and sconces, which ties it all together. We used a tile floor-to-ceiling waterfall in a beautiful large-scaled pattern to create interest and balance the brick-patterned white subway tile. We used a beautiful deep blue double vanity for a pop of color within this spacious master bathroom.

Newly renovated property that was a blank canvas for functional furnishing of this home. The spaces are defined with character, charm, and comfortable living.

Our vision was to create a small but mighty oasis—the materials we used to create a soft elegance with a modern retreat vibe. The juxtaposition in tile pattern creates a space that feels harmonious and unique.

Hinsdale Charmer Refresh

This Hinsdale Charmer Refresh is exactly that. This beautiful home needed a little TLC. We repainted both the Living Area and the Dining Room with a lovely calming gray. We added a pair of club chairs upholstered in a textured teal to play off the other blue elements show within the space. The artwork was an inspiration to the design concept. We balanced the cool tones with the warm, rich tones displayed throughout, creating harmony and balance. The large repeated pattern on the window treatments complements the diverse range of materials used.

1947 Classic Brick

We gave our clients the ultimate entertaining space—a place to kick their feet up after a long day of work. We decided to remodel the space by separating the Mudroom from the Family room by using a half wall which allows an open feeling while maintaining the natural light. The clients always wanted a fireplace in this space, so we gave it to them and created a focal point to house cherished family photos. The built-out wall also features storage boxes on both sides to add character and charm. Custom furniture, space planning, and custom window treatments finish off this thoughtfully curated family room.
